CSA UK GDPR online event London 30 June 2016

The Cloud computing and its security is ever more important. One of the most important themes that shapes Cloud computing scene in 2016 is the new Global Data Protection Directive (GDPR) approved by the EU and coming to the effect in 2017. We are organising this online presentation to discuss how GDPR affects companies offering or using Cloud services. 

Please note: due to last minute issues with venue we had to move the event online.

Mark Thomson's bio:

Mark is Practice leader for KPMGs Privacy Advisory Practice, which specialises in providing Privacy related support to our global and domestic clients. Prior to joining KPMG, Mark was the Privacy Advisory Services leader for Ernst & Young in the UK and Ireland and Concentium ltd.

Mark is a Member of the IAPP European Advisory Board is an Exam item writer for the IAPP’s CIPP/E was a founder member of the CIPP/E certification Advisory Board, is a CIPP facility trainer and is a former IAPP London Knowledgenet Co-Chair.
